  • la camera 520 aveva un forte odore di fumo molto fastidioso. Abbiamo saputo solo successivamente che una coppia di nostri amici ha cambiato prima del nostro arrivo proprio la camera 520, pertanto era già stata segnalata come problematica.

  • la struttura è vecchia; le coperte erano impolverate; la stanza era piena di ragni e zanzare; le asciugamani avevano aloni rossi; la doccia era sporca; mentre ero in stanza una persona dello staff, senza che io avessi accordato il permesso di entrare, ha aperto la porta, dicendo di voler rifornire il frigo bar.

  • The fact that hotel has parking, and sports facility is a bonus for this hotel. it will attract people like me who want to drive to a hotel and enjoy some exercise and relaxation time in swimming pool. I also liked the fact that in case of direct booking with the hotel website there will be benefits for guests and some bonuses. this is very good both for hotel's business and the guest's budget.
  • I would say that the aesthetics of the sports facility and the cleanness of the sports facilities would need improvements. The other point is maybe there could be special arrangements for hotel guests such as provision of towels for hotel guests at gym reception instead of asking the hotel guests to bring their towels. another key issue would be a sign up sheet for hotel guests. there should be a system to identify who are the hotel guests that are in gym. for example in case of emergency the gym members woudl be identified by their membership cards, but there is no way to identify the guests that have entered the gym. This can help the emergency response team, in case of an emergency to determine the number of people inside the sports facility.
